- Guest Check‑In and Check‑Out:
Assist guests efficiently, ensuring a smooth welcome. - Reservations Management:
Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately. - Customer Service:
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, complaints, and special requests. - Payment Processing:
Manage payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance. - Communication Hub:
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs. - Providing Information:
Offer details about hotel services, amenities, local attractions. - Problem‑Solving:
Resolve guest concerns effectively, escalating when necessary. - Maintaining Records:
Keep accurate and organized PMS records of stays, payments, and interactions. - Promoting Hotel Services:
Upsell rooms and amenities such as dining options. - Ensuring Security:
Follow safety and security protocols, verify , monitor suspicious activity.
- Previous experience in customer‑facing roles such as hospitality, retail, or food service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on exceptional service.
- Familiarity with computers and software systems, especially reservation or PMS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience handling complaints or resolving conflicts calmly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with front desk operations or reservation systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with irregular hours, such as evenings, weekends, or holidays, demonstrates adaptability. Applicants should be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
