Crestline Hotels and Resorts - - Responsibilities:
Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.;
Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.;
Maintain complete knowledge of hotel features/services, hours of operation, room rates, promotions, daily house count, expected arrivals/departures, and daily group activities.;
Process all guest check-ins and verify registration information; obtain backup payment method and input into system; collect cash when designated.;
Process all check-outs and handle related charges.
