• Deliver projects for supply chain organizations across industry sectors.
• Support, guide and manage initiatives related to IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning).
• Partner with clients to innovate and transform their business models and customer experiences using advanced analytics and emerging technologies.
• Use interviews, workshops, and data insights to diagnose and solve real problems impacting operating margin and deliver business value quickly.
• Execute across disciplines—analytics, technology, process and operating model design—to create holistic solutions.
• Work independently, as a team member or mentor to ensure successful project delivery.
• Build client knowledge, credibility and lasting trusting relationships at all levels.

• Experience in IBP and S&OP.
• Experience in one or more of:
  Supply Chain Analytics, Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics & Fulfillment, or Manufacturing.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial energy, creativity, empathy and leadership.
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel required;
  Tableau (or similar BI tool), SQL, Python or R a plus.
• Experience with supply chain systems (TMS, WMS, OMS, ERP, etc.), agile development and change management is a plus.
• Track record of building and delivering presentations that clearly communicate complex ideas, quantitative insights and recommendations to senior executives.
• BA/BS in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science or Data Science.
• Ability to travel as needed based on client needs and safety.

Senior Consultant level base salary range is $110,000 to $175,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus.
