Summary:

This position manages the day-to-day marketing-sales funnel for various demand programs. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on lead activity through the funnel for Marketing programs and campaigns. Reporting on and analyzing performance of digital marketing channels with the goal of enhancing and optimizing program performance. Follows the end-to-end lead nurture engine from initial prospect or inforce customer, to qualified account, through to sale.

Builds reporting on lead management and dashboards measuring campaign impact on the marketing-sales funnel, for their respective CX priority working team.
** Principal Duties and Responsibilities
*** In partnership with other key CXO partners, establish feedback loop and build processes that ensure best practices of alignment between marketing and sales.
* Monitor real-time lead activity providing insights for optimization and effectiveness to improve engagement targeting.
* Partner with analytics partners to create attribution models for key audiences from demand generation to lead management.
* Report on trends and insights of lead data through funnel stages in executive reports and dashboards.
* Partner to create overall engagement patterns for marketing programs within CX priority working team to communicate goals and potential engagement paths of leads.
* Support successful delivery for demand programs by ensuring campaign workflows, assets, and tracking adhere to standard process and procedures within our tech stack.
* Assess and analyze lead activity from multiple program to inform holistic impact of marketing’s demand generation efforts
* Able to assemble reports and present results in a way that easily demonstrates how programs and properties are performing against enterprise goals and results.
* Deliver performance readouts to CX priority working teams to inform progress of program effectiveness.
** Job Specifications
*** 4-year college degree required
* 5+ years of Marketing experience with an emphasis on funnel reporting and analytics, and lead generation processes.
* A high degree of initiative, creativity and problem-solving skills will be expected.
* Able to convert data points into actionable items
* Ability to quickly combine diverse datasets to build clear, concise reports
* Strong understanding marketing-sales funnel metrics, and how they can be analyzed
* Experience in managing reporting/metrics collection and analysis in relevant systems.
