We are seeking an experienced Epic Bridges & Cloverleaf Integration Analyst to support the implementation of Sectra Cardiology (PACS) integrated with Epic. This role will focus on the design, build, testing, and support of HL7 and related interfaces between Epic, Sectra, and ancillary cardiovascular systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong Epic Bridges expertise, hands-on Cloverleaf interface engine experience, and familiarity with cardiology imaging workflows, including structured reporting and DICOM integrations.
Key Responsibilities Integration Design & Build- Design, build, and maintain HL7 interfaces using Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf
- Develop and support interfaces between Epic and Sectra Cardiology (PACS)
- Configure and maintain ADT, ORM, ORU, SIU, MDM, and DFT message types
- Support DICOM workflow integration between Epic Cupid and Sectra
- Ensure proper integration of orders, results, images, and reports across systems
- Participate in full lifecycle implementation for Sectra Cardiology
- Collaborate with Cupid, Radiant, Cadence, Prelude, and Resolute teams
- Conduct interface specifications, mapping, and technical documentation
- Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live
- Troubleshoot interface failures and message errors during implementation and post-go-live
- Monitor and maintain interface engine queues and error logs
- Perform message validation and troubleshooting using Cloverleaf tools
- Develop interface test plans and regression testing scripts
- Ensure compliance with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7 v2.x, DICOM)
- Provide on-call support as needed for production issues
- Work closely with cardiology clinical leadership and IT stakeholders
- Document interface workflows, technical specs, and change management artifacts
- Participate in change control and system upgrade planning
- Support optimization initiatives post-implementation
- 5 plus years of Epic Bridges build experience
- 5 plus years of Cloverleaf interface engine experience; experience with Sectra PACS, preferably Cardiology module; strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards
- Experience supporting Epic Cupid or cardiology workflows; knowledge of DICOM workflow and image/report integration;
Epic Bridges Certification
- Experience with Epic Cupid
- Experience with cardiology imaging systems (echo, cath lab, vascular)
- Familiarity with FHIR APIs and web services
- Experience in multi-hospital or enterprise deployments
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Epic Bridges;
Cloverleaf (TCL scripting preferred); HL7 v2.x; DICOM Interface monitoring & error resolution - Interface specification documentation
- System integration testing

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $140,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
