While we have a standard schedule for patient and caregiver contacts, we recognize the importance of flexibility and are committed to supporting our employees in this regard. Compensation will align with market data, be commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications, and include a salary and bonus potential.

Responsibilities

  • Upload, categorize, and/or save digital files according to company procedures.
  • Prepare and send routine communications, using approved templates when applicable.
  • Communicate professionally and in compliance with company privacy standards and applicable regulations.
  • Complete ad‑hoc projects as needed, such as drafting communications, synthesizing data, or preparing other resources for internal communications or partner relationships.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the constantly changing healthcare landscape.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, with knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Experience with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).

  • Experience working in a startup or fast‑paced environment, with the ability to adapt to change and navigate ambiguity.
Benefits
  • Meaningful, purpose‑driven work on a life‑changing product.
  • Opportunity for growth across various functions.
  • Collaborative, supportive, smart, and fun team.
  • Generous paid time off: vacation, sick, and volunteer time.
  • Downtown Portland, Maine office: inviting office in the heart of the Old Port.
