We are seeking a Data Stage Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise Integration Team. The role involves working closely with Application and ETL Tech Leads to design, develop, and support ETL processes across multiple database platforms, ensuring performance, maintainability, and high-quality data integration solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain ETL jobs using IBM Data Stage (preferably version 11.x).
Design reusable, efficient, and maintainable ETL solutions across multiple engagements and technologies.
Monitor and tune ETL performance for production workloads.
Support production ETL processes, ensuring restartability and ease of maintenance.
Participate in QA testing of ETL processes and validate data integration outcomes.
Access and integrate data from multiple DBMS platforms including Oracle, SQL Server, UDB DB2, and DB2Z.
Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and broker effective ETL solutions.
Produce clear documentation and communicate effectively in English.
High proficiency in IBM Data Stage, with strong development and design experience.
Performance tuning and process optimization experience.
Experience in production support and QA testing of ETL processes.
Ability to work across multiple database platforms.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Experience with IBM Information Governance tools (Information Governance Catalog, Information Analyzer, Business Glossary).
Experience developing ETL solutions integrating with SAP.
