Your Mission
As a Consultant Enterprise Cybersecurity & Customer Success (m/w/d), you will be the central technical point of contact in the implementation process of our software for customers. You will be responsible for the technical support of our corporate customers from the first strategic conversation through architecture and integration concepts to the successful conclusion of the contract. You will act as a trusted technical sparring partner for CIOs, CISOs, enterprise architects, and IT directors.
In doing so, you will combine deep IT and IT-security know-how with a strong business understanding and actively support the completion of strategic large projects.
Technical Implementation & Integration
- Support with installation, configuration, and integration of the platform
- Integration into existing IT/OT and security landscapes
- Coordination of infrastructure, network, and security requirements
- Support with deployment concepts (on-premises, hybrid, cloud)
Consultation & Workshops
- Conducting technical workshops with international enterprise customers
- Analysis of customer requirements and technical use cases
- Consultation on cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and compliance topics
Customer Success & Strategic Customer Development
- Long-term technical support of customers after go-live and contract conclusion
- Expansion of the use of ZYLENTIX within further business units, product areas, or locations
- Identification of new use cases and potentials within the customer organization
- Building long-term customer relationships on a technical and strategic level
Product Requirements & Use-Case Development
- Identification of new technical and organizational requirements
- Collection, structuring, and prioritization of customer feedback and pain points
- Accompaniment of new features and requirements until implementation
Project Management & Coordination
- Technical project support during the entire implementation phase
- Coordination between customers, internal teams, and external partners
- Tracking of progress, risks, and open points
- Documentation of architecture, operational, and integration concepts
- Preparation and conduct of status meetings
What You Bring
- Experience in IT, OT, cybersecurity, or software implementation projects in the enterprise environment
- A good understanding of modern IT/OT, network, and infrastructure architectures
- Enjoyment of working with customers and solving technical challenges together
- Experience dealing with different stakeholders and complex corporate structures
- Technical understanding of Linux, containerization, APIs, and the integration of software solutions
- Ideally, knowledge in the areas of vulnerability management, asset management, or security operations
- Experience in the healthcare, Med Tech, or industrial environment is a plus, but not mandatory
- Motivation to take responsibility and accompany customers on their long-term path to success
