• Comprehend the Business/IT drivers and work with the Stakeholders to arrive at the  Rollout Strategy, be it migration, transformation or consolidation.
• Understand customer's business requirements and technical environment to architect the optimal solution
• Design solutions on the  Platform leveraging design patterns (standards & solution specific)
• Collaborate with the different product vendors/app groups while designing the interfaces with 3rd party services, backend systems and various monitoring/analytical tools
• Lead the development team in delivering the solution
• Perform quality assurance on deliverables and work products
• Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues
• Recommend best practices

• Energetic, enthusiastic and professional attitude
• Architect/Consultant Certified – Sales Cloud is preferred
• Platform experience is preferred
• Functional and technical knowledge of  and the  platform
• Custom development experience in (Apex, visualforce), integration with other enterprise applications and  ecosystem applications
• Experience in designing/developing Web Services/Rest API to interface with other systems
• Experience with Enterprise Integration and ETL tools
