Adecco Creative & Marketing is seeking a UX Designer II to help deliver engaging, user-centered digital experiences across web and application platforms. This role plays a key part in shaping intuitive, visually compelling interfaces while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

The UX Designer II will contribute to creating market-leading user experiences by delivering thoughtful information architecture, high-quality designs, and interactive prototypes. This individual will work independently with minimal oversight, applying strong UX principles, critical thinking, and design expertise to bring concepts to life and drive business value.

What You’ll Do
  • UX Design & Execution:
    Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web applications and digital products
  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Deliver user journeys, user stories, and responsive designs optimized across devices (desktop, mobile, tablet)
  • Apply a user-centered design approach, iterating rapidly based on feedback and usability testing
  • Ensure consistency across platforms while reinforcing overall brand standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product Owners, Technical Product Owners, Marketing, Agile teams, and SMEs to define and execute UX strategies
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure final deliverables align with design intent
  • Support product vision through research, ideation, prototyping, and testing
  • Advocate for persona-driven and user experience-led design decisions
Design Systems & Standards
  • Leverage and maintain pattern libraries and design systems
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, including typography, color, iconography, and visual standards
  • Design with a strong understanding of accessibility standards (ADA compliance)
  • Stay current with UX best practices, emerging trends, and technologies
Strategy & Problem Solving
  • Apply critical thinking and UX methodologies to solve complex design challenges
  • Accurately estimate design work and contribute to Agile sprint planning
  • Support UX leadership in maintaining design standards, frameworks, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of UX/UI design experience for web and/or digital applications
  • Strong foundation in user-centered design principles and interaction design
  • Proven ability to design complex, multi-platform experiences
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (required); familiarity with tools like Sketch, InVision, Omni Graffle, Condens, or Userbit is a plus
  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder influencing skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences
