HDR is seeking a senior Data Governance Lead embedded in the Water Business Group to shape how data is defined, shared, and used across Water disciplines. You will establish data standards, maintain a glossary, and drive adoption of consistent data practices across projects and teams.
You will coordinate with leadership to align data workflows with strategy, promote data fluency, and influence how data supports AI use cases and reporting.
