Maine Health Accountable Care Organization seeks a Spoken Language Interpreter in Portland, ME, to facilitate health communication between healthcare providers and Limited English Proficient patients. Ideal candidates should have a High School diploma, a year of experience in medical interpretation, and completion of 40-hour training within 6 months of hire.

In addition to operational responsibilities, the Interpreter will ensure respectful and understandable patient care which aligns with cultural beliefs. Preferred skills include fluency in both English and the target language.
