PositionThis role is a full-time, non-exempt position supporting attorneys in our Business Law Practice Group.
Responsibilities- Typing and revising legal documents and correspondence
- Proofreading
- eFiling and docketing
- Billing
- Maintaining files (paper and electronic)
- Calendaring and tracking deadlines
- General research
- Answering the telephone
- Assisting clients
- Responding promptly with the ability to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated self-starter with relevant legal and/or professional experience
- Produces high quality work in a timely and professional manner
- Exceptional client service and team support
- Impeccable attention to detail and strong organization skills
- Advanced computer skills (including Outlook, Word, Excel)
- General knowledge of both state and federal court processes and procedures
- Proven project management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks successfully
- Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
