Project Manager - Operations

Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee operational activities related to commercial construction projects. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in logistics, warehouse management, and operations. As this is a contract position, candidates should be prepared to contribute their skills and knowledge for a defined project duration.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate all operational aspects of commercial construction projects to ensure smooth execution.

- Oversee logistics and supply chain processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials and resources.

- Develop and implement purchase orders to facilitate project requirements effectively.

- Supervise warehouse operations, including inventory control and storage management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

- Monitor project progress and address any operational challenges that may arise.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project.

- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on operational performance.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and project outcomes. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably within commercial construction.

- Strong knowledge of logistics, warehouse management, and supply chain processes.

- Proven ability to create and manage purchase orders effectively.

- Familiarity with managing operational aspects of construction projects.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to oversee various project components.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.

- Ability to analyze operational challenges and develop effective solutions.
