Overview
Executive Search Network is seeking a highly qualified individual to function as a Regional Director of Operations for five Skilled Nursing Facilities in Maine. The ideal candidate will have considerable experience in nursing home management and will answer directly to the CEO of the company.
Responsibilities- Oversight of facility administrators and department heads
- Census management
- Revenue enhancement via increased quality mix
- Creating synergies with feeder hospitals
- Reduction of contract labor
- Hiring & Termination recommendations
- General management of the facilities
- Overall personnel management and restructuring of departments as necessary
Prior knowledge of Maine Care & PDPM is a big plus. Candidates must possess a "take charge" attitude to steer a company of almost 700 employees. Great potential to get in on the ground level of a fast growing company. This position is for a self-starter who has the motivation and drive to get things done.
