Skilled Nursing Facility Regional Director of Operations

Executive Search Network/Platinum Staffing is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to serve as the Regional Director of Operations for five Skilled Nursing Facilities in Portland, Maine. As a key member of our executive team, you will report directly to the CEO and oversee the daily operations of our facilities. • Oversee the management of facility administrators and department heads, focusing on census, revenue enhancement, quality mix, and contract labor reduction
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase operational efficiency and improve facility performance
• Build and maintain relationships with feeder hospitals, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
• Recruit, hire, and terminate employees as necessary, with a focus on fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Oversee overall personnel management, including restructuring departments as needed
• Ensure compliance with Maine Care and PDPM regulations

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing home management or a related field
• Proven track record of success in operations management, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and patient care
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of over 700 employees
• "Take charge" attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with Maine Care and PDPM regulations a plus
