Job Title: Weekend Shift Mail Inserter Operator (High Volume)
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour + 11% Shift Differential
Hours: Friday - Sunday, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM

As a Mail Inserter Operator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting various operational functions-ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. You'll work closely with a dedicated team to produce accurate, efficient mail output while maintaining a focus on safety and detail. Your day-to-day will involve operating high-volume mailing machines, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and assisting with additional production support as needed.

What You'll Do

• Verify order information and ensure printed materials match customer specifications

• Operate mailing and inserting equipment efficiently to meet production goals

• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and printing issues

• Set up machines and handle product changeovers

• Prioritize tasks based on deadlines and production requirements

• Maintain logs of equipment performance and report downtime

• Keep work spaces clean, organized, and safe

• Support handwork, scanning, warehouse, and office projects as needed
