As a Mail Inserter Operator, you'll play a vital role in supporting various operational functions—making sure deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team to produce efficient, accurate mail output while emphasizing safety, attention to detail, and teamwork. Your daily responsibilities will include operating high-volume mailing machines, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and assisting with additional production support tasks as needed.

What You'll Do As a Mail Inserter Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Verifying order information and ensuring printed materials match customer specifications
• Operating mailing and inserting equipment efficiently to meet production goals
• Troubleshooting basic mechanical and printing issues to keep production running smoothly
• Setting up machines and handling product changeovers quickly and accurately
• Prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and production needs
• Maintaining logs of equipment performance and reporting any downtime or issues
• Keeping work spaces clean, organized, and safe
• Supporting handwork, scanning, warehouse, and office projects as needed
