Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership – Develop and execute the short‑ and long‑term strategy for the MIM and Additive Manufacturing businesses aligned with overall corporate objectives. Identify growth opportunities in existing and adjacent markets, build business case for expansion, develop metrics for success, and manage performance of MIM, HPC, and AM teams.

Follow all ISO 14001/IATF 16949 Procedures and Work Instructions relevant to your work area. Requisition s all raw materials and supplies through the Production Scheduler and the Purchasing Department as necessary. Completes Mix Room cycle counts. Track inventory, Warehousing, Documentation, and employee skills as appropriate.

Final inspection of product at appropriate stages through production. Must have working knowledge of various inspection equipment, including but not limited to: CMM, micrometers, comparator, vari‑roller, hardness tester, etc. Perform PPAPs and co‑operations for all new production processes and product launches.

Other business‑related duties may be assigned. Follows all IATF

14001 Procedures and Work Instructions in the performance of the following duties:
Assists the Production Supervisor in the supervision of all departmental employees on the shift.

Directs the activities of all assigned manufacturing personnel on their shift to effectively manage the daily operation of each department, cell or support area. Implements an effective safety plan and assigns work # of all personnel. Operates all machines required for debinding, sintering and heat treat requirements. Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests when necessary; rejecting and returning out‑of‑spec quality demands.

Assembles and fits together parts to form complete units. May operate automatic and semi‑automatic equipment in continuous production‑processing assembly operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate MIM injection molding machines, perform functional tests, troubleshoot, repair equipment as needed. Follow all ISO 9001/ ISO 13485 Procedures and Work Instructions in the performance of these duties.
