Old-Castle-Building-Envelop (OBE) is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team in Portland, ME. You will plan and assign work, monitor KPIs, and ensure safe, efficient production in collaboration with the Plant Manager.
You will mentor staff, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with upstream departments to meet customer needs. Proficiency with ERP and MS Office is expected; OBE offers competitive benefits, PTO, and growth opportunities.
