We are looking for a Data-Driven Growth Engine, to help us scale the world’s fastest-growing men’s grooming and natural skincare brands to the next $100M. This isn't a role for a "manager" who sits in meetings; this is for a high-level practitioner who lives in the data, breathes ROAS, and knows exactly which levers to pull to scale a brand on Amazon and Google.

You won't just "manage ads", you will be the architect of our digital growth. Your primary objective is to find the winning edge across our entire funnel.
- Amazon Dominance: You will own the end-to-end Amazon ecosystem. This means moving beyond basic PPC to execute sophisticated keyword harvesting, bid automation, and catalog troubleshooting. You must have a proven track record of scaling SP, SB, and SD campaigns while maintaining a healthy TACoS and defending our "Best Seller" badges.
- Master the Platforms: Scale and dominate Google Ads (PMax, Search, Shopping) and Amazon Advertising (SP, SB, SD).
- Scientific Scaling: Run high-velocity A/B tests across landing pages and ad creative to squeeze every ounce of efficiency out of our spend.
- Full-Funnel Synergy: Collaborate with our UX, Design, and Retention teams to turn one-time buyers into lifelong brand evangelists.
- Creative Vision: You don't need to open Photoshop, but you do need to know what "good" looks like. You’ll guide our creative team to produce high-converting, performance-driven assets.
- You have 7–10+ years of performance marketing experience under your belt.
- You’ve spent at least 5 years deep in the trenches of Google and Amazon Ads at scale.
- You speak Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Klaviyo fluently. You don’t just report data; you translate it into action.
- You have a proven track record of lowering CPA while aggressively scaling profitable revenue.
- We’d love to see you at our South Portland facility, but we’re open to remote, hybrid, or in-person arrangements for the right Performance Marketing Architect.
- Immediate Impact: We are a small, agile team. Your decisions on Monday will be live on Tuesday and impacting revenue by Wednesday.
