The Cedars is a nationally recognized non‑profit senior living community offering a full continuum of care, including short‑stay rehabilitation and long‑term care for 102 residents across three distinct neighborhoods at the Hoffman Center.

As Nurse Manager, you will lead a 30‑bed rehabilitation and long‑term care neighborhood, ensuring high‑quality, resident‑centered care. You will oversee daily clinical operations, mentor staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes.

• Lead and oversee clinical operations and staff performance
• Promote a culture of teamwork, excellence, and resident‑centered care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal resident outcomes
• Mentor and support nursing staff in professional development
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies
• Participate in on‑call rotation

• Associate’s degree in nursing (BSN preferred)
• Current Maine RN license
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to exceptional resident care
• Availability for on‑call rotation

• Experience in long‑term care
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
