Maine Health is currently seeking a Clinical Manager - Practice Operations, Maternal and Fetal Medicine (MFM) - to supervise and oversee all operational aspects of the department, including clinical services and staffing needs. The Clinical Manager is responsible for coordinating the clinical workflow in order to provide the most efficient, effective, safe and comprehensive patient care. This Leader will have direct reports including RN and Administrative direct reports, and an ultrasound supervisor.
Under the supervisor's guidance, this practice supports multiple (9) ambulatory practices ultrasound interpretation.
With a robust scope, we are seeking an experienced clinical leader to join our team. Our office is located in Portland Maine.
Summary:This position is responsible for supervising both clinical and administrative staff, and coordinating the daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow and optimum productivity while maintaining patient, staff and physician satisfaction.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:: BSN required.

Must have an active RN License with the ME Board of Nursing.

Two or more years of hospital or outpatient clinic facility management/supervisory experience.
