Provide surgical nursing care within a Level One Trauma Center, focusing on Gynecology and Genitourinary procedures. Demonstrate expertise in surgical nursing, deliver exceptional patient care, and work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑stress environment.
QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience, CNOR certification preferred, and current licensure as a registered nurse.
- Level 1 trauma experience
- Proficiency in robotics (Da Vinci Xi), PCNLs, Nephrectomies, Ureteral Reimplants, Hysterectomies, Cystectomies, Colpocleisis, Hysteroscopies, and Ureteroscopies
- Comfortable working with a patient population from pediatrics to geriatrics
- Flexible, accountable, timely, and a team player
- Float rotation may be required
