Travel RN - PACU

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) travel position requiring a Maine or Compact RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Job Details

• Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) setting within a hospital perioperative department,

• Night shift schedule: 19:00-07:30,

• 24-week contract,

• Float policy requires travel between facilities within a 25-mile radius as needed,

Job Requirements

• Active ME or Compact RN license required,

• Minimum 2 years of PACU or post-anesthesia care nursing experience required,

• Driver's License required for consideration,

• SSN and DOB required for consideration,

• 2 professional references required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Candidates residing within 90 miles of any Maine Health facility (Maine or New Hampshire residents) are considered local and are subject to a different pay rate; local candidates are not eligible for contract renewals or extensions,

• Candidates who have worked at any Maine Health facility within the past 12 months should disclose this history,

• Use of Air Pods, laptops, and cell phones on the unit is prohibited,

• Travel pairs or groups will not be considered for this position
