Job SummaryAs a Registered Nurse with Paradigm Treatment and Ridge RTC, you will provide direct patient care to individuals navigating substance use and co‑occurring mental health challenges within our residential treatment programs. You will play a vital role on the multidisciplinary treatment team, supporting patients through assessment, medication management, and ongoing clinical care.
Responsibilities- Obtain and accurately document patient vital signs as needed throughout their stay in the residential facility.
- Plan and deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and interventions related to medications and psychiatric diagnoses.
- Conduct pre‑admission triage and assess clinical appropriateness for admission as patients begin their treatment journey.
- Administer medications in accordance with organizational policies, best practices, and regulatory standards.
- Document nursing goals, interventions, and clinical outcomes in the patient’s medical record while actively participating in treatment planning.
- Ensure patient and staff safety by adhering to infection‑control protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled‑substance regulations.
- Collaborate closely with clinical and operations teams to support high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required in the state where services are provided.
- Previous experience in behavioral health or mental health settings.
- Experience working in residential or inpatient clinical environments preferred.
- Strong passion for mental and behavioral healthcare.
- Experience working with adolescents and/or young adults in youth‑focused treatment settings.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Strong documentation, communication, and clinical judgment skills.
Monday through Friday 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Salary Range$37 - $42 USD
