This role requires acute pediatric nursing experience with infants as that is the majority of our pediatric home care patients. The position is structured as five 8-hour days per week, with an on‑call commitment of one weekend per month.
The typical schedule is days, generally 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a lunch break. Start and end times may be somewhat flexible based on clinician availability and patient care needs.

• Have the ability to educate patients and family members about care, treatment & diagnosis in a much more in-depth manner
• Weekend scheduling - Every 4th weekend rotation!

This is a Registered Nurse 2 vacancy open to candidates with greater than 1 year of RN work experience.

Position functions as a Home Care RN and applies expertise of pediatric nursing to home care patients where care plan indicates such intervention is appropriate, and provides support and assessment to newborns and mothers under the grant‑funded program. Employee serves in a consultant capacity to co‑workers when increased knowledge of this specialty will enable the co‑worker to provide improved patient care.
