Position: Home Infusion Nursing Coordinator

Our programs include enabling cancer care at home and preventing the side effects of anti-cancer therapies, with several active clinical trials around the world.

We’re looking for a Home Infusion Nursing Coordinator to support the successful implementationofthe Lotus Home Infusion program in Maine. You will be responsible for supporting the on-site oncology care teams through program adoption and change management by delivering educational materials, meeting one-to-one with physicians and nursing staff, and identifying and resolving pointsof friction in the home infusion process for patients and their care teams.
You will complete nurse-led screening of patients for suitability for home infusion in co-ordination with their physician and multi-disciplinary care team.

This role will serve as an important role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders, including healthcare providers, pharmacy, nursing, oncology care teams, patient advocates and prior authorization teams.

What You Will Do:
  • Complete and support others to complete patient screening, eligibility assessments,onboarding of patients, scheduling visit in the EMR and ensuring that all clinical and operational steps in the process have been completed prior to drugs being picked up byhome infusion nurse.
  • Ensure post infusion communication and EMR documentation steps have been complete din a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal clinical, operations, and commercial teams to deliver a successful

    Lotus home infusion program implementation and ongoing operational excellence.
  • Monitor the patient onboarding pipeline, proactively identifying and addressing bottlenecks to maximize home infusion capacity.
  • Identify, manage, and escrow implementation risks, barriers, and opportunities to support successful program delivery.
  • Deliver training, education, and ongoing support to oncology teams to ensure confident adoption of the Lotus home infusion program workflows.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes,stakeholder experience, and program performance.
  • Provide regular dashboard review of home infusion performance at monthly Home Infusion Steering meetings.

Requirements

- The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
  • Current state license in Maine as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
  • Prior nursing experience in oncology care preferred
  • ONS Provider Card within 12 weeks of hire (OCN is desirable).
Advantages
- It Would be Advantageous to Have:
  • Previous specialized home health experience.
  • Formal training or certification in change management or business administration (e.g.
    Prosci).
