Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Postpartum

Description

For a limited time Maine Health is offering sign on bonuses for Certified Nursing Assistants
0-1 years of experience eligible for $2,500 (full time)
1+ years of experience eligible for $4,000 (full time)

* current employees are not eligible - must be separated from Maine Health for at least 6-months

* pro-rated for part-time positions - per diem positions are not eligible

Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant II role assists in the administration of nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

Education:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

License/

Certifications:

Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.

Experience:

One year of relevant experience required. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Certified Nursing Assistant I role.

The pay range for this position is $20.27to $24.36 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
