Description
Maine Health Maine Medical Center Thoracic Surgery Oncology is a growing division seeking a part-time (0.40 FTE/16 hrs) outpatient Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to support our Thoracic Surgeons and their ambulatory practice. Patient care includes post-operative care, diagnostic imaging and interpretation and lung and esophageal cancer surveillance.
Our office hours are M-F 8-430 with flexibility- no weekend, no call.
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree required;
Master's Degree preferred. - Successful completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate program.
- Current license issued by the State of Maine or eligible for licensure.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in acute care/surgery preferred
