** Certified Nursing Assistant
** to support home health patients throughout Portland and surrounding communities. You will provide personal, one-on-one care that helps patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home.

** What You’ll Do
*** Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
* Support safe movement, positioning, transfers, and mobility
* Help with daily activities according to the patient’s Plan of Care
* Observe and report changes in a patient’s condition
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
* Communicate with nurses, caregivers, and other members of the care team
* Complete accurate and timely visit documentation
* Protect patient dignity, privacy, and independence## ##

** What You’ll Bring
*** Current CNA certification in Maine
* Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
* Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Dedication to safe, high-quality patient care
* Ability to work independently in patients’ homes
* Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
* Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.## ##
