American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring 2+ years of experience and a Maine or compact RN license.

• Operating Room unit within a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule
• Uses EPIC EMR system
• Float policy applies within a 25-mile radius between facilities as needed

• Active RN license (Maine or compact) required at time of consideration
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required in the Operating Room
• AHA-issued certifications must be completed prior to start if non-AHA certifications are submitted
• Driver's License required for consideration
• Two professional references required

• Candidates residing within 90 miles of any Maine Health facility are considered local
• Local candidates are not eligible for contract renewals or extensions
• RTO should be kept to a minimum, with 3-4 days considered reasonable for a 13-week contract
• Candidates who have worked at any Maine Health facility within the past 12 months should disclose this information
• Air pods, laptops, and cell phone usage are prohibited on the unit
