- Perform in-process and final release testing for diagnostic or biological products (e.g., lateral flow, ELISA, molecular assays).
- Follow established laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot technical or quality issues and elevate when appropriate.
- Review batch records and ensure accurate documentation of results.
- Calibrate, maintain, and verify laboratory equipment.
- Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Support quality system activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ year of laboratory, manufacturing, or quality control experience.
- Experience in a regulated industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and testing procedures.
- Experience with pipettes, pH meters, and ELISA assays preferred.
- Understanding of regulated environments (FDA, ISO, or similar standards).
- Basic knowledge of data analysis, troubleshooting, and inspection methods.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general database or manufacturing software.
