Overview
Quality Assurance Lab Technician – Join an Iconic Maine Company! Pay Rate: $24–$28/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM Assignment Length:
Temp-to-Hire
- Testing incoming and outgoing products for compliance with standards
- Performing bacteriological, chemical, and physical tests on goods
- Auditing facility and verifying cleanliness of equipment
- Conducting product sampling at various points through the supply chain
- Troubleshooting quality issues with Production and Quality personnel
- Associate degree (or higher) in Dairy Science, Food Science, Biological Science, or a related field
- Experience with compound light microscopy and/or prior lab or QA experience
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
