We are an aspiring startup from Leipzig, Germany, with the ambitious goal of making CO 2 usable as a raw material for the synthesis of chemical base materials. To achieve this, we are developing innovative plasma catalysis reactors at our location in Leipzig, in the modern Campus Bio City. To support our processes, we are looking for a committed HIWI to assist in preparing catalysts and their catalytic studies.

As a HIWI for catalysis department you will support enaDyne by assisting in preparing and synthesize solid catalyst for their application in the plasma assisted CO 2 conversion. Prepared catalyst will be studied in lab-scale setups where you can evaluate their performance in the CO 2 conversion. Your job scope is the wet impregnation of supports with active metals and assisting in the catalytic testing of the obtained materials.

• Student of chemistry, materials science or similar
• Basic technical understanding
• Basic experience in inorganic synthesis
• Good analytical skills and ability to work structured & independently
• Fluent English or German
