We are hiring a Bistro Cook to support our Food and Beverage Operation. The Bistro Cook prepares and cooks food items according to Marriott brand standards, ensures food quality, and maintains a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. The position supports both breakfast and evening Bistro operations and may include light guest interaction depending on the property.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, washing, peeling, and storing food.
  • Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients following recipes and quality standards.
  • Cook and prepare hot and cold foods using ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
  • Test foods to ensure proper cooking and monitor food quality throughout preparation.
  • Set up and break down workstations and maintain an organized, sanitary workspace.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen areas, tools, knives, and equipment.
  • Serve food in proper portions and ensure presentation meets brand standards.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature guidelines.
  • Support teamwork and maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fastpaced environment.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience as a prep cook or line cook preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food handling, sanitation procedures, and kitchen organization.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed.
