Retail Store Manager

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure financial performance and operational goals are met
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate team members to provide outstanding customer service
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies
• Develop and execute in‑store marketing and sales strategies
• Prepare, review, and analyze sales reports and financial data
• Collaborate with upper management to implement company policies and procedures

• Previous retail management experience, preferably in convenience stores or fuel stations
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing and motivating teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with inventory control and financial reporting
• Demonstrated success in driving sales and improving customer satisfaction
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform job‑related driving tasks
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform physical duties associated with store operations
