Retail Market Attendant

Diamond's Edge Restaurant at the Inn at Diamond Cove, a Colwen Hotels Property, is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Retail Market Attendant to join our seasonal team. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with daily retail operations, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming market environment. This is a seasonal position which is expected to continue through mid-October.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and accurately handle cash transactions.
• Properly count and provide correct change to customers.
• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer customer questions and assist with their shopping needs.
• Restock and organize shelves and merchandise as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized retail environment.
• Assist with general market duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to accurately handle cash and make change.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
