Employee Benefits Account Manager - Hybrid
Established Agency Seeking An Experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager. Looking for a candidate with the following experience/qualifications:
Responsibilities- Quoting, preparing and presenting proposals, enrollment, coverage review, life status changes, renewals and managing carrier relationships.
- Comfortable working with clients, group members, and/or human resources, to answer policy questions, manage complex issues, recommend applicable coverage as needed, and provide general customer service.
- Visit clients as needed.
- Comprehensive knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and voluntary and ancillary lines of coverage.
- Worked with Large Group members accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
