The Role
As the In-Home Sales Representative
, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering innovative solutions that fit their vision. This outside sales position involves using advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions to potential customers.
- Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
- Engage in weekly sales training sessions to continually strengthen your skills
- Utilize our easy-to-use software to build personalized bath designs
- Provide pricing information and secure sales on a consistent basis
- In-Home Sales Experience is REQUIRED
- Excellent communication, strong interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience in home sales is highly valued; background in the home remodeling industry is definitely a plus
- Reliable transportation and residency within the local area are required
Confidence in public speaking and delivering presentations with clarity and professionalism - Demonstrates ambition, self-motivation, and disciplined work habits

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential
