Inside Sales Representative

We’re partnering with a well‑established, highly profitable industrial software company used by some of the world’s leading manufacturers.

As the business enters its next phase of growth, they’re building out an Inside Sales function to support inbound demand and transactional sales. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants exposure to B2B SaaS, industrial technology, and complex customer environments—with clear pathways into BD, Renewals, or full-cycle sales.

• Act as the first point of contact for all inbound customer interest (web inquiries, demos, contact requests)
• Engage prospects with a consultative, professional approach
• Qualify needs, timelines, and complexity, and route appropriately
• Support simple transactional sales where applicable
• Partner closely with field sales and internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs
• Maintain strong CRM discipline and follow defined inbound SLAs

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or similar customer‑facing roles

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset
• Curiosity, coachability, and comfort in a structured sales environment
• Interest in technology, software, or industrial/manufacturing spaces
• Ability to work hybrid (3 days onsite) in Portland, ME
