Verizon Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Engage in-store customers to understand wireless needs and recommend Verizon plans, devices, and accessories
• Perform new activations, upgrades, account reviews, and device setups
• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to build long-term relationships
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales and performance targets
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Verizon products, promotions, and technology trends
• Accurately process transactions, contracts, and required documentation
• Support store merchandising, product displays, and cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
