Experienced Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

ATTENTION: PORTLAND, OREGON

We are seeking an Experienced Inside Sales Representative to support pricing, quotations, and customer orders while developing long-term customer relationships. This role is ideal for an experienced inside sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Generate and follow up on quotations
• Convert inquiries into sales orders
• Provide technical product support
• Process orders, returns, credits, debits, and scrap returns
• Monitor inventory and communicate issues
• Resolve customer service issues
• Develop non-major and target accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Monitor competitor pricing and products
• Travel as needed

• 5–10 years of inside sales experience
• Computer Proficient
• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• CRM/ERP experience
• Industrial or value-added product knowledge preferred

$65,000+/year (based on experience) + Monthly Incentive Compensation
