Front Desk Pilates Studio

The Club Pilates Front Desk in Portland, Maine has a part-time opening.

The candidate must be available to work the following shifts:

• 1.) Fridays 8:00 a.m.
  
  - 1:00 p.m.
• 2.) Two (2) weekend day shifts per month from 8:00 a.m.
  
  - 1:00 p.m (Saturday) or 8:00 a.m.
  
  - 12:00 p.m (Sunday)
• 3) Rotating Holidays

Passion for Health and Wellness preferred

Sales and Retail experience encouraged to apply

High school diploma or equivalent required

Authorization to work in the United States required

Club Pilates is the national leader in group reformer pilates classes with more than 1,000 franchise locations in the United States and internationally. We are currently building our team for the Portland, ME studio, and we are seeking qualified Front Desk workers that are focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand.

Your main responsibility is driving studio sales of memberships and retail. The right candidate will have strong multi-tasking skills, and can juggle daily tasks, while interacting with clients to create a fun, supportive and meaningful community!

• Greet clients as they enter with 1-on-1 personal interaction
• Lead new clients through on-boarding process with waiver and introduction
• Respond to telephone and email inquiries
• Maintain accurate records using established sales system
• Help clients determine which package best fits their needs
• Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
• Follow up & follow through activities with prospective clients
• Input inventory for retail clothing and other items
• Assist members with downloading and using the Club Pilates app
• Take pictures for social media platforms
• Clean retail area, studio, and restrooms

• Must pass background check
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift 25lbs
