Residential construction experience (PM, estimator or Builder) OR from high‑end real estate, kitchen, design‑build firm. Understands ADU’s, new builds, additions and renovations. Can speak confidently about cost, feasibility and basic ROI.
Character & ApproachNo pushy sales. No need to swing a hammer but must have construction intelligence.
