Site Lead, Security & Team Leadership

Securitasis hiring in the heart of downtown Portland, ME. Located in Maine’s historic Portland, this beautiful hotel's ideal candide is someone professional, detail oriented and customer service driven. Experience in security and hospitality is a plus, but not required.

As a Site Lead, you will play a critical role in both security operions and team leadership.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing guidance, direction, and support to on-site Security Officers
• Ensuring consistent security coverage and scheduling for the site
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and visitors
• Acting as the primary point of contact for site leadership and client needs
• Upholding Securitas standards of professionalism and service excellence.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to step into leadership or build a long-term career in the security industry.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3pm-11pm

Pay: $22/hour
