Rapid Response Security Officer

Securitas is hiring a Rapid Response Security Officer to support multiple client sites across Southern Maine (Portland, Biddeford, Westbrook, Scarborough). This high‑impact role lets you respond to coverage needs, support different teams, locations, and events while gaining exposure to a variety of client environments.

As a Rapid Response Officer, you will:

• Respond promptly to coverage requests across multiple sites.
• Support events, emergencies, and routine patrols as needed.
• Maintain calm, professional conduct in fast‑paced environments.
• Report incidents, maintain logs, and follow incident response procedures.

• Dependable, professional, adaptable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced or changing environments.
• Available for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift coverage.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years old or over.

• Weekly pay.
• Paid CPR, First Aid, and specialized training (including metal detection).
• Exposure to multiple sites and environments for accelerated experience.
