Custom Float Services is hiring a seasonal water crew member to assist in servicing floating dock systems in the Casco Bay area. The service we provide for both residential and municipal customers involves moving floats from storage areas to and from install locations, setting anchor chains, and raising/lowering gangways. Our fleet includes 2 – 24' Pacific work boats, 2 – Carolina Skiffs, and a 28' lobster style work-boat.
The water crew works with minimal supervision and on the water critical thinking and problem solving is required. Previous boat operation experience is necessary. Hours vary with tide cycles and work load, with opportunities to work overtime.
