Senior HVAC Specialist

We are seeking a motivated HVAC/R technician who can work autonomously and ensure c-stores stores throughout the company network stays maintained by completing work orders administered by the HVAC/R Manager. Candidates must be able to independently carry out the duties and responsibilities listed below at a satisfactory level.

• Manage, prioritize, and complete multiple service calls.
• Calls are dispatched by the Nouria HVAC/R Manager who will assist with call prioritization and ordering of related supplies.
• Ability to use HVAC tools and multimeters proficiently; must provide own tools – Nouria will purchase additional tools/ (specialty) items as needed.
• Perform general maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and other related work in a safe and efficient manner.
• Always maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to train and work with others.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with good driving record; A company work van will be provided.
• Ability to work with/ on ladders.
• Ability to work 40 hours a week.
• Ability to lift 40lbs+.
• Perform other duties as required and/ or assigned.

• High School diploma required.
• Trade School certificate required.
• EPA universal certification required.
• R.T License preferred – willing to train and send to school.
• 3-7 years of work experience required.

• Time management skills with ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use email and internet dispatching applications currently utilized by Nouria Energy.
