Crisis Clinical Supervisor – Mobile Outreach Program
Location:
Portland, ME | Full‑time (40 hrs/week)
- Provide clinical supervision and leadership to Mobile Crisis Workers and call specialists.
- Support real‑time triage, consultation, and clinical decision‑making.
- Coaching staff through complex cases, assessment, and intervention strategies.
- Ensure high‑quality documentation, data reporting, and program oversight.
- Lead training and staff development, from onboarding to ongoing skill‑building.
- Partner with internal teams and community providers to ensure strong collaboration and responsiveness.
- Promote a culture of communication, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Full‑time, 40 hrs/week. Schedule determined by program needs (at least one weekend day, occasional evenings).
- Primarily in‑person (office and community‑based work), with potential for some remote tasks.
- Occasional travel within Cumberland County as needed.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
- Conditional or full clinical licensure required.
- Strong clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities.
- Interest or experience in people management.
- Preferred:
Supervisory or leadership experience. - Experience in crisis services or mobile outreach.
- Familiarity with DSM criteria and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings/weeksends.
- Comfortable responding to high‑acuity situations and critical incidents.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
- Valid driver’s license for occasional local travel.
- Ability to pass required background checks.
